Michael L Stansbery Jr

This is a short video we put together for the family of Michael L Stansbery Jr.

"No one has greater love than this to lay down one's life for one's friends" - John 15:13

We had the honor of taping the arrival and police escort of Michael Stansbery's Casket. It was a very somber and moving morning as Military Honor Guard moved his casket from the plane.

Stansbery, Jr., Spc. Michael Lane, age 21, of Mt. Juliet, TN, died Friday, July 30, 2010 while serving his country in Kandahar Providence, Afghanistan. He served as an active duty U.S. Army Automated Technical Data System Specialist assigned to Headquarters Battery, 1st Battalion, 320th Field Artillery Regiment, 2nd Brigade Combat Team, 101st Airborne Division. His previous assignments include Ft. Sill, OK, Ft. Carson, CO and one tour of duty in Iraq. Michael was a true patriot who felt that he had been well prepared by the U.S. Army to perform any duty he was assigned. Michael was a member of Cooks United Methodist Church. He was a 2007 graduate of Wilson Central High School where he was on the wrestling team and a proud member of the Jr. ROTC.
