Ahmed & Galavish

I've shot almost 300 weddings over the past 9 years for a wide variety of cultures and religions.
Here is a segment of a Kurdish wedding I shot over December 25th and 26th.
I enjoy learning about other cultures and traditions.
Ahmed, Galavish (Klavish) and their families were a pleasure to work with.
I'm posting 5 parts. The photo montage, Galavish getting ready, Ahmed getting ready, Ahmed picking up Galavish and the entrance into the wedding.

Elizabeth & Vinny

Elizabeth and Vinny are a wonderful couple. He's from Scotland and she's from the United States. They have their own sense of style and it shows through their personalities and choice of music.
To accompany this highlight of their ceremony they chose “Maybe I’m Amazed” (McCartney/Wings).

PreCeremony @ Oaklawn Plantation

What a fun day. We captured the bridal party getting ready, had some fun candid shots during their photo session and even shot a cool segment for the guys that was reminiscent of a scene from Reservoir Dogs. (A classic Quentin Tarantino film)

Harpeth Heights Baptist's production of A Christmas Post

Harpeth Heights Baptist Church had amazing performances from their cast, which consisted solely of church members, in their musical production of The Christmas Post.
Their church members performed, choreographed, and directed the entire production 4 times over a three day period.

This is another wonderful song performed by a talented church member of Harpeth Heights Baptist Church.

Heidi and Michael leaving the church

Here is a neat section of the video where Heidi and Michael are leaving the church (Scarritt Bennett) and arriving at the reception (The University Club of Nashville).
I used a song that turned out to Michael's favorite song.

Wedding Party at the Holiday Inn Opryland / Airport Hotel

Luz and Techie started their wedding day by dressing and having pictures taken at the Holiday Inn Opryland / Airport Hotel. A fun time was had by all as the excitement was building towards the Ceremony just hours away. The Holiday Inn Opryland / Airport Hotel was also the setting for the Reception that had guests celebrating with the newly weds late into the evening.
Luz and Techie had chosen music that was special to them to accompany their memorable morning.

Jamie and Phillip had a wonderful outside ceremony in front of the Baber House @ Kennesaw Farms in Gallatin, Tennessee. Jamie arrived to the ceremony in a horse drawn carriage. The ceremony was special with the minister and their son Jaxson both giving their blessing upon the marriage. Their reception was both indoors and outside, and with great music, food and friends it was a memorable night.
